Bento #6

24/02/09

Was feeling a bit under the weather, so I cooked some porridge the night before. Put some soy sauce in the lil sauce bottle. This is the last bento for now. Will be doing practical starting friday. Too lazy to prepare bento, besides I get subsidized food at the company's staff lounge.

Bento #5

23/02/09

Angel hair spaghetti again, this time in a bigger box, and different seasoning. Don't really like this one, has green tea flavor in it. Together with a small container of the last few strawberries.

Top is salad of lettuce, long beans and hard boiled egg. For dressing, I marinated chicken meat in sweet soy sauce (the cap kipas udang one) and fried it, making a lil sauce with the marinate. Bottom is just wholemeal bread with blueberry jam.

Top is angel hair spaghetti, to be eaten with some japanese noodle seasoning, packet shown on the left. This was given to me by the Japanese girls who worked here for a few months, they needed to get rid of stuff before leaving, so I sapu-ed! It tasted real good, had some fish roe flavor to it, and strips of seaweed. Bottom are strawberries

I went grocery shopping the day before so that I will have more things to bento. Top is mango and sticky rice, bought it at the Thai food fair nearby. Bottom is a sandwich of chicken salami, lettuce and kewpie mayo. And two strawberries, which were yummy by the way!

So far so good eh?

First bento! Was the first day of class. Semangat to use all the bento stuff I have. This is just a simple one. Chicken rice. Prepared all the ingredients the night before, and dumped everything into the rice cooker the next morning. Done by the time I got ready.
